Stealth +1 Shrouded +2, 4+ cover save in open ground!

Few mistakes on the Tau Side. Ghostkeel landing next to the thing that killed it, very bad move, not moving back the stealth suits, also bad move, Ghostkeel comes with 2 Stealth drones stock, they give him stealth and shrouded, that would have gave him a 4+ against the explosion! And would have taken the wounds first.

I think James made the mistake of going towards the fusion/plasma heavy side with the Knight. It would’ve been kill after kill for the knight had he went up the left side versus the middle right.

Everybody hates the Riptide Wing but I’ve got to admit I hate the Optimized Stealth Cadre way more… Friend of mine plays them with three Ghostkeels in it, and it just drives me crazy 😛
But anyway: Nice show as always!

Great to see James back in action with the glorious Tempestus! I’ve been struggeling with the same issue you guys have, really been trying to make the scions compete. as I’m still building, all my comments is very much theoryhammer so the actual tabletop experience may differ. I’ve basically thought of two different options. Either take Coteaz (build the beautiful model so might as well use it) and take three units of henchmen. Two jokearo for their digital weapons, 3 crusaders for their stormshields and a psyker. Load them up in a chimera with all heavy bolters and that special… Read more »
