Loved the expression on Stig’s face during Bone’s half of the list analysis. It was all “oh boy – here comes the cheese” 🙂

Glad you guys picked a knight list to do your TT Analysis, one trait I don’t often see is ‘Blessed by the sacristans’. I have this on my Crusader on the rapid fire battle cannon awesome wound output and with the Trait it gives mortal wound output in addition if rolling any 6’s.
My army is Hawkshroud and contains Knight Errant, Knight Crusader, Knight Valiant and two Helverins. I run iron bulwark, blessed by the sacristans and have traitors pure and skyshield.

Works pretty well ???

Bone turn 2 could have been so much more painful, what a statistical anomaly ! Between Spider rolling insolent luck (6 4s out of 7?.. consistently lol) and Bone compensating it by rolling 1, 2 and 3s!

Bone – I want to see that list on the field!

Could be fun a near full Armiger list surrounding the big Kahuna a Forgeworld Knight Lancer! You’d have loads of Melta with the Warglaives and you could have the Helverins as your all round shooty options. That would look seriously Gallant imo 😉

with Stig’s list if you take house raven then they can advance and shoot with your heavy weapons and use a stratagem to allow one to charge as well

You guys should bat rep these two lists against each other to see who is mightier ?

For Stig’s “take it to 11” idea, how about a Preceptor, 3 Warglaives, and 3 Gallants….all House Mortan?

The WG’s will be hitting on 2’s, rerolling 1’s on the charge. Pack Hunters and Landstrider will make charges easy, Slayer of Shadows will allow anti-flyer/anti-eldar shooting from Preceptor or even Warglaives without Helverins, and Legacy of the Black Pall can keep the Warlord alive until you hit combat. All those Gauntlets will lose their hit penalties too…

And it has 12 CP (before Exalted Court, etc.)

Bone. That list is properly dirty lol. Just goes to show all the crazy combos that can be made with these 8th ed rules. Most deffinatly the best edition so far in my opinion.

You should do bat reps based on list analysis armies. Would be interesting to see!

Lovely list analysis and one I can imagine is really fun to play! I’m currently making a triple gallant/guard army, they’re so cool and and at 354pts, which means they leave plenty spare to play around with!

Also p.s. I think the paragon gauntlet doesn’t get a minus to hit, what a beast!

yay! a list analysis that I will be able to test, because I have the models.
Well… nearly all the models… Bone, really… “Papa smurf” in with knights. I can’t, sorry thats just too horrible… I do want to have friends to play against in the futur 😉
But having said that, I have the lists, just need to take the time to test them and I’ll poste the Battle Report over on the “Forum”…
